My trainer Mike would have me do this exercise as much as possible to get every muscle moving. This move is great for abs, glutes, quads, arms, calves, and shoulders. It is all about mind to muscle connection and balance control. I do 4 sets of 25. 2 sets of 25 on each side. I swear this movement works.
