When we began our Thrive Experience almost 3 1/2 years ago I had no intention of promoting this product. We just wanted and needed to feel better... and we did. Better than we had felt in years. Never Miss a Monday!! Today was a productive and fun day... quality time with my bestie... but I didn't get my workout in early... then I had to leave yoga with Andi early... and by the time I got home at 8pm... I started letting all the excuses run through my head... I did NOT want to do my leg workout!! I finally turned on The Voice and picked up my dumbells to get squatting in front of the TV... and before you know... all 4 sets of a tough leg workout were finished! Mindset!!! You just have to push your mind past it's own excuses! Fueled my body and workout with premium nutritional supplements and clean food and plenty of water!
