Happy National Boss Day---toooo ME
YAP; I'm my own boss and I honestly wouldn't want it any other way---today as I was listening to 2 training calls, at my kitchen table, my hubby and the boys were in the next room playing. I could hear their giggles and as a smile crossed my face, the joy and peace that filled my heart was indescribable.
From that overworked, underpaid, living paycheck to paycheck teacher, never seeing her family---to this moment---spending my morning doing groceries stress free with the family, sitting down to a lunch together and then being able to plug into work right from home
I share this with you not to brag, but to share that your dreams CAN be brought to life; but YOU have to choose it. YOU have decide who you are, what you want and if Your values line up with this type of job.
Two years ago I looked at my life, fast forwarded 10 years and the end result was not what I wanted--so I changed it; YOU HAVE that EXACT same power within you If you are at all curious about what this freedom job entails I'll be sharing with y'all life this Thursday LIVE HERE on IG-- I'm literally sharing my and how I made this possible✌🏻️Hope too see you there! #dreamscometrue#dreambig
How many days a week do you foam roll?
I foam roll at least 1x a day. Living a active lifestyle it's crucial to foam roll as weight brings to build up the scar tissue.
If you are someone who is an active weight lifter or just getting into the gym this is important to do.
Here's why you should do it:
•Foam rollers can help target trigger points which are areas in muscles where knots develop over time.
•Your fibers of fascia become cross linked and they bind to muscles & nerves, which will then cause pain & decreased rain of motion.
• It helps relieve stress.
• It helps with recovery & muscle growth.
