Good evening sweeties(24.02.2017)~ Happy Friday
I've got work tomorrow
. Have you had a beautiful day
I'm doing my throwback Thursdays today
Take me back
I forgot yesterday, my apologies This was taken at my only photo shoot
I've been eating consistently today
I'm so proud
I want to gain some weight so my dress fits well
My birthday will not be spent
Recovery is the only answer to happiness
Remember I told you I was stubborn?!
This is how I feel when life tries to bring me down
No way not today
All of my loved ones in my life have helped
I'm watching 'Radio Rebel'
Have you seen it?
A shy girl becomes a confident radio speaker discussing the issues she feels passionate about
I use to be really shy
I didn't want to talk to anyone
In case I was judged
What scares you the most?
I've been hurt in the past
But I refuse to let it tear me down
I'm going to become a mental health nurse
& I'll make my loved ones proud
My birthdays are mixed to me
I'm hoping this year is good
I'm happy I've made some friends who treat me nicely
I won't go into detail but I'm so happy to celebrate my 22cnd next week I almost didn't make it
I'll enjoy this ice cream
Ana isn't invited
I have moments of being shy
It's never really left me
I'd define myself as an ambivert
What you do, experience, think, hope and imagine physically changes your brain through what is called experience-dependent neuroplasticity. The neurological explanation of how this happens is complicated, but the basic concept is simple: every minute of every day you are shaping your brain. The question is: What are you making? A masterpiece or a mess?
What you say becomes your reality.
What you say to someone else becomes their reality.
This is real, raw power and if you want #abeautifullife, then speak blessings and not curses.
Speak truth and not opinions.
AND on the flip side, train yourself to hear what a curse sounds like because it's not in an unknown language. It simply sounds like "you can't", "you won't", "you don't", and "you never will".
When you hear those kinds of curses, kill it with a "yes I can", "yes I will", "yes I do", and "I will always", for you and those around you. .
Just keep in mind that practice makes a perfect defense!
