Allowed myself to sleep in this morning & feeling so rejuvenated🧖🏼♀️♀️ definitelyyy what my body needed! made a quick breakfast before running out the door to run errands & go to yoga rye toast topped with half of a mashed avo, s&p & fresh lemon juice + two organic hard boiled eggs + arugula + a sliced kiwi so yummy! have a good day everyone
Dinner has been this toast (120) and some lucky charms cereal again. Feeling so bloated & uncomfortable my weight maintained today & I’m not happy. Probably going to go lay in a hot bath soon & see if that helps.
