Sometimes you have to get STRICT with yourself!
Tonight I "felt" like having drinks & pizza or tacos or something like it.
First I did a workout. First things first, I knew I'd feel better if I got moving.
Then I got some inspiration from Instagram and decided to make eggs with cheese & toast for dinner.
So how does the "getting strict" come in? I didn't go for seconds. Or thirds.
Eating BREAD makes me want to binge on it. It's so good!!! But tonight I said NO and I'm happy I did! Baby steps. Celebrate the small wins.
