I love-hate this move. 😍😫 Toes to bar is one of those gruesome core conditioning exercises that hits every fiber of your core - they not only require developing core muscles to get your toes to reach the bar, but also grip strength and technique. ------
It is an intermediate/advanced level move that anyone can work up to - there is no such thing as "I can't do that or could never." If you really want to execute this move but are struggling - start with basic moves that develop deep core muscles- from the basic plank (front and side), hollow rocks and holds, progressing to hanging knee raises - knees to elbow, L-holds. 💡 Anyone can do it, it just takes patience, and consistent practice of the above exercises that will get you there. 💪🏼 -----
One client who I worked with over a period was ready and that first day she surprised herself that should could hang with knee raises. Like anything else practice makes perfect. 😉
