Tonight was a gymnastics class and I really enjoyed it 😬 we had a bar complex of hanging knee raises, leg raises the TTB. I really struggle to string together the kip in TTB. The second video πŸ‘‰πŸ» was taken a couple of days ago where I manage a couple but tonight couldn't quite grasp it. Deffo something to work on as I'm so close!
We then worked on some rope climbs in a 'I go you go' fashion. I was helping @jaysaund82 with his tekkers and he's so much better already!
Our WOD was an awesome decending couplet of OH squats and cal row! Loved it.
