Little man and I enjoyed a quick run before heading back to work for a family fun night! Running used to be my jam before killing my knees with marathon training. Now I'll enjoy short distances on nicer days to clear my head. Still the best form of therapy for me... #happyhealthyhumble
It may not be pretty, but I'm BACK to P90X3 workout calendar! Not to mention back to cleaning the house before my parents arrive tomorrow not sure if it was a sign, but today is pilates and I think it's a perfect reintegration of exercise in my post-cold life. Excited to be back on track and totally grateful I've gotten my colds down to 3-4 days and not an entire week!
Even with the extreme lack of etiquette at the gym today (I could rant about this, but that solves nothing, so moving on), I had a KILLER leg workout. I really used today's carbs for good use and I feel like everything is finally coming together. Now we feast on some @loumalnatis because flexible dieting allows for some treats as long as it fits your plan. I just made sure my other meals of the day give me the right balance of food groups and hit my fiber goal. Gotta fuel those glutes right?!

Take me back to yoga on the beaches of Thailand. Where you hear nothing but the sound of the waves and the teacher speaking a language you don't know! I have never felt so at peace as I did that morning. Being at a beautiful resort in a beautiful country can do that to you! This girl needs a vacay!
It's nothing but gloomy and rainy here in Michigan. This type of weather can really drain a person!
