They tasted all right, but I definitely have to get my hands on some better protein powder. Any of you have suggestions for Perfect Fit protein substitute in Europe? Happy Monday & week 3 babes!
This weekend was crazy busy with house upgrades and projects. I didn’t have time to meal prep for the week and we didn’t workout. But I’m okay with that. I ate healthy meals and worked my booty off on home improvements.
This week is going to be all about workouts for me. I’m ready to turn up the heat and get in some great workouts.
We are all strong warriors that can do awesome things! Make this week count! .
One more week and I get to start sculpting my body with these bad boys! Seeing everyone’s progress they’ve had in ONE WEEK gets me so damn excited to start. 80 days is long, and it’s not going to be easy but come summer when I have that summer body I’ve always want, it’ll allllll be worth it #helloabs
TALK ABOUT TRANSFORMATION-
Nearly two years ago I was in a VERY different state both physically & mentally. After 13 years of playing soccer, my career ended in college after getting my 4th concussion. Not only did this blow to my head effect my brain but also my sinuses. I had to get reconstructive surgery to fix bones that were protruding my airways and giving me migraines! They cut open my face and broke bones and it was brutal. All that to explain- I was NOT in a good place post op. I was at my highest weight- the reason I say that is because I really felt my worst self. Weak, fatigued and lacked motivation. UNTIL I FOUND TONE IT UP thanks to my mamma!!! I began Tone It Up as soon as I could post op- (which was about 3 weeks which was pushing it!) My life immediately began to change. Slowly but surely I learned how to use the plan, how to go from being an “athlete” to doing a whole new kind of fitness and nutrition program. Tone It Up is the reason I am able to be where I am today, why I am able to feel MY BEST self. Here I am nearly two years later, IN LOVE with my body and its wellbeing, and with this TIU community that has inspired me everyday to push myself and dig deeper every day. Tone It Up taught me how to live my best life; I could not be more grateful to @karenadawn and @katrinaascott - they gave me an opportunity for CHANGE that I so needed!!! This program is life changing and I am loving every moment of learning and growing. The exciting thing is our journeys Of health and wellness never end! We can forever keep growing and better ourselves physically and mentally!

This view never gets old Baking and overcast days go hand-in-hand. Baked up a batch of Cinnamon Fig Muffins and boyyyyyy do they smell good. Of course I had to try one immediately bc I couldn’t resist new fave! I hope you’re having a fantastic start to week 3!!
