Met up with @toneitupholly earlier today for some girl time!! Got our nails done ( thank you again @jessieo_tonesitup for the 💅🙌🏼 ) 💕💕 I told myself I would go out for a run later in the day and come 8pm it didn't happen- you can watch my IG story for all the details 😂🙈 but basically Alex kept me accountable and reminded me I'm still a member at the UCSB gym and can use a treadmill to run if it's raining outside 😝 BUT I'm so so glad I went! My goal was to just run for 30 minutes. Since I had nothing to do but jam out to my tunes 🎶 and look at the numbers in front of me- I started to race myself. I started at 8:00 min/ mile ( fast for me) and told myself each next mile had to be faster than the last! I ended up running 8:00,7:30,7:15, and 645 minute miles for an average of 7:28 for 4 miles!!! Sorry to throw a bunch of numbers at you but I'm super proud of pushing myself because to be honest I just don't do it enough!
Today was an awesome day overall and I hope to use it as a kick start to an amazing week!! 😻

Today was killer! I got up and made breakfast and prepped some peach muffins from the 8 week bikini series and also blueberry oat breakfast bars--both so yummy! The peach muffins are 💣🍑 and oat bars are solid and filling. I hit the gym and did 20 assisted pull-ups and 20 assisted chin-ups, then did 2 hours on the treadmill, first hour of HIIT intervals and second hour of steady state jogging at an incline, did a total of 12 miles 😱💪🏼 my feet hurt and my hammies are super tight but feel great otherwise! Had a @perfectfit smoothie after to refuel my muscles!

Well the frozen yogurt craving didn't get me. Thankfully the weather kept me trapped inside, and thankfully I drink a chocolate shake EVERY single day that's filled with tons of nutrients, so I got my "sweet" fix in a much healthier form. This time though I threw on some chocolate chips...to live a little! Oh, and yes...it's January, and yes I'm burning a pumpkin candle, go ahead a judge me! 😂 #allthechocolateshakes

I'm into my fourth week of consistent exercise, whooooooop!! Training 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 🙌🏼🙌🏼😜 I just love my early morning workouts 💪🏻💪🏻😎 This is my second week of #21dayfix and I've not been 100% on plan with my food and I can tell that by looking at my body, plus for me it's TOTM so I'm pretty bloated and bleugh but it's a new week and I'm going to push myself to make sure I'm giving my body the best nutrition and I know my results will be awesome! I just need to be stricter on myself with portions...but Im not going to beat myself up about it as I CAN do this! 🙌🏼I've already committed to my workouts, now I just need to get the nutrition right to fuel properly and change this amazing body of mine! 💗That's right, my body isn't the shape I want it to be yet, but I still love it for what it is, IT IS AMAZING! I am so excited to see how my body changes these next 5 weeks! I'm doing 2 rounds of 21 day fix and then moving onto BBG 👙whooooooopppp!
