So in response to this - I have a challenge for you today… Think of FOUR positive affirmations for YOUR life... where do you want to be? Who do you want to become? Google "positive affirmations" if you need some ideas. .
Share in a comment and then write them down and place them in areas where you can see them and repeat them to yourself over and over - sounds weird but it REALLY WORKS!! .

I got to surprise my hubby with a whole year of personal development today on Audible.com using my income from my home biz! .
That's 2 books a month for him to listen to for the whole year... I know it's not THAT big of a thing - but to me it feels like it! ♀️ To be able to just pay for the premium subscription like that IN FULL without affecting the family budget felt pretty good! .

Last workout of the work week (Friday is my rest day) crushed this morning with a little cool down walk around the neighborhood just taking in all the beautiful scenery And to think that a couple years ago after a workout, I would have to battle traffic to get home, always a slave to the workout schedule and no time to just appreciate those after workout endorphins. Now I workout right outside my door and enjoy the beautiful weather, and when I'm done? I get to either jump right into the shower or relax and enjoy what's around me. Because if you're anything like me, my commute is enough of a drive.
I am beyond excited to share with you an amazing partnership I have entered into with @bulldogyoga in Villanova, PA. About a month ago @nursecassiegetstonedup reached out to me to see if this is something I would be interested in. Without hesitation I said YES! I had said to some friends the day before how I wanted to dig deeper into yoga and this bright light came my way. I had a wonderful conversation with the studio owner Jon regarding their online classes. I've done about 4 classes so far(some only partial) and LOVE THEM! @bulldogyoga is different from other yoga studios in that they pair their music to songs you know and love and songs that will make your practice fun and enjoyable. Some include Britney v Justin, Beyoncé, and a whole lot of fun mixes. They have different levels of yoga depending on how "deep" you want to get. Their apparel is also insanely cute with the bulldog face and #bulldogstrong wording. I can't wait to go to PA in September (well I can because I never want summer to end) to take a live class in studio.
Their online classes are as low as $12 a month for unlimited streaming. There is no better deal. This is cheaper than a month of yoga classes (and at most studios less than the price of 1 class live!) You all know how much I am a home workout girl so you can't beat this.

"Pathetic" is the first thing that popped into my head when I realized that my 5 lbs and 10 lbs dumbbells that I used for squads this morning were 3 times lighter than what I used to be able to lift. #egocheck
Wow wow... you can't talk to yourself like this.
I took a deep breath, realized that my physical set backs do not define me, and turn that "pathetic" into "grateful" to be able to squat at all.
I remembered the girl in a wheelchair at a live workout for this program, who could not not only squat but walk at all. She was in the front row doing the upper body workout with all her might.
What do you really have to complain about? Nothing. #begrateful

We (women) need to get over the myth weights will make you bulk. You need get over how you "look" when you try hard in the gym. Do not let the myth of bulking deter you from lifting heavier weights and challenging yourself. If you can lift a baby carrier, you should be lifting more than 10lbs with dumbbells. .
Stop slaving at a 1 hour pump class (I consider this cardio) and do a 45 minute weight training session with progressive overload and you will come further in your results then you ever have. .
Get a gym buddy, look through my workout videos, write them down, make a schedule, buy a new gym outfit, get a playlist or get Apple Music ...and get to work. .
Stop blowing it on the weekends, stop being lazy, stop drinking so much, stop eating so much shit food, and literally just be a more active and healthy person. Tony Horton talks about you winning the week, or letting the week win. Out of 7 days you need to be active more than inactive or else the week won. .
