One of my clients flying with her progress! Anna came to me being stuck with same routine, classes, classes and running, she had a bad posture from bad habits picked up in classes as well as bad technique on most compound movements, such as squats. 3 months down the line, she is doing tremendously well, her legs are looking strong, upper back more engaged throughout exercises and she keeps commenting on her main trouble area -core, how she is seeing good progress there too.
