Another long run (and a complete movie watched) in the bag for my 1/2 marathon training!! I keep surprising myself with how far I’ve come and what I’m able to accomplish. Although I’m still about 30 pounds heavier than any other time I’ve trained for a 1/2 - I actually feel stronger than I ever have and not just physically - But MENTALLY!!! And I have to give props to @aaptiv. I’ve been using this app for about 9 months and it’s brought me a long way from where I was last summer to today. Still working on the weight loss!! But dang I just finished 8 miles - 90 minutes of non stop running - my 5th workout this week - hard workouts - with strength training - and speed workouts!!! So many amazing trainers in @aaptiv, if you haven’t tried it I can get you a free 30 day trial!! .
