Tough plyo session at the end of the Workout... Back roll --> Hand Spring --> 180 spin --> Box Jump --> Back roll --> Hand Spring Out... I'm almost completely depleted going in to this part of the workout it's not pretty and super hard to keep technique but I like to do plyos and boxing when I'm dead so I have to really focus on technique and not just blow through... Almost fell a few times didn't get it all in perfect but kept pushin and finished up!! Sure the bicep is important (and way more cool) but in terms of strength (think of any pressing movement), the tricep shouldn’t be overlooked -although it often is. Increasing tricep strength will no doubt help with elbow extension and joint stability, both of which will help maximize your bench press. Weak triceps can make those last few inches of your lockout extremely difficult. Yeah it’s just a small part of your bench, but it will make or break your lift; therefore, tricep work is critical to help develop maximal pressing power 🙌🏻.

I’ve got my eyes 👀 on a big bench at my next meet, so we’ve been hammering the backside of my arms lately with a good balance of compound and single joint movements. And although tricep accessory work can be boring (for me anyway) take it seriously. Work em correctly, hard and often, and you’ll have no trouble locking out the weight at the top ♥️.

If you are looking for a serious tricep challenge, then here you go. This is one from @coredeforce and it is killer. It’s called a sphinx blaster and it’s a 4 part move. You go down into a tricep push-up, loft your butt in the air and rock back onto your forearms, come back into the tricep push-up, and push yourself back up. You can do it on your knees or go for the gold and do it on your toes. Either way it’s a great way to work your triceps from every angle.

If you want some big ass triceps, this routine will help big time. I’ve been using this for a few months and my triceps have grown tremendously. Some isolation and some free weights. Legit helped my arms grow, and if you newbies didn’t know the tricep makes up 2/3 of your arms! Stop worrying only about biceps! 💪

Bilateral tricep pulldown with a supine grip is a great exercise to hit the tricep at a different angle 💪🏼 Notice my elbows are locked back by my sides with my shoulder blades back, core tight, slight bend forward, bend in my knees, and chest out. The only movement here should be your forearms!!! Add this to your mix the next time you want to hit your tris!
