Today's full body workout had me dripping in sweat 😅 I rarely ever have a plan going into these days... I do HITT style, supersets as I go, with the goal of challenging myself to work hard, fast and sweat a lot.
Here are a few of the things I did today! I also added in leg workouts that will be posted in another video coming soon! 😅💪🏼👩🏼
I did 4-5 sets and 12-15 reps of everything!
