Manchmal tut dem Körper ein anderer Reiz echt gut💥

Das heißt nicht was manche manchmal darunter verstehen: alle 3-4 Wochen den Plan oder die Übungen austauschen, oder die Muskeln "schocken" 😅

Sondern z.B. in Blöcken zu trainieren.
Ich habe die letzten Monate fast ausschließlich mit eher niedrigen Wiederholungen im 4-8 Bereich & so gut wie nur mit Gewichten trainiert🏋️
◾️
Jetzt mache ich seit ca. 5-6 Wochen eher mehr Wiederholungen & sehr viel Bodyweight Übungen und es ist mal ne schöne Abwechslung🤸
◾️
Vor allem Übungen mit Gymnastik Ringen und verschiedene Push & Pull up Varianten kommen echt gut💪
◾️
Die Beine trainiere ich trotzdem meißtens mit Gewichten
◾️
Wie immer halt gilt auch hier wieder: nicht dogmatisch sein & für alles offen sein.
Außer vielleicht Ringelpiez mit anfassen🤔🎉😂

It is with GREAT excitement that I type this post this morning! Sometimes our bodies need rest and we just can’t grasp that idea when we are so use our daily routines. After 9 days of my body resting I am back at it and super pumped to get on track and get back into my routine. This morning felt absolutely amazing!
