Post work out green smoothie. 1.5 Frozen Bananas - 2 cups Frozen Strawberries - 3 cups fresh spinach - 1.5 cup soy milk - 1 cup water- 2 Tbsp Ground Flax - 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds - 1 Tbsp Tumeric - 0.5 Tbsp Cinnamon - Pinch of Black Pepper

This smoothie has your daily intake for Vit A, Vit C, Calcium, and more than half your daily need for Iron. Tumeric and pepper to reduce inflammation. Making this the perfect post work out meal.
