Vegan bolognese. Cooked lentils and a few minutes before the we’re done and still has a small bit of water, I added some chili powder, cumin, and paprika, then covered and steamed the rest of the way cooked. Then I added an organic vegan marinara and simmered for a few minutes. Scooped some on some linguine and gobbled it up post hot yoga session.

I don’t really eat bananas often or on their own, but this recipe combined with protein powder lowers the glycemic load of a banana & the recipe goes a long way, so enjoyyyyyyyyy

This can be topped with Greek yogurt or nut butter if you want- I like it with peanut butter, of course 🤪
1/2 cup oat flour (I just blended up oats into flour)
1/2 cup mashed banana 1 serving @nuzest_usa vanilla protein powder
Mix all together in bowl till it forms a batter like consistency & store in Tupperware and refrigerate to store. I’ll post a picture of a piece of it once it’s done.
When it’s finally Friday you drag yourself to chipotle for the most delicious and convenient vegan meal! I mean who doesn’t love the guac! I split the meal with my husband and it’s always more than enough food! Now it’s time for a movie and relaxing with my hubs. What are your weekend plans?
