Raw Matcha Milk "Cereal Bowl" I had last night for dinner was epic very satisfying and fun to eat :
2.5 red apples chopped
2 large RIPE bananas chopped
5 TB of chia seeds
40 soaked almonds
Drenched in 8 ounces of matcha almond milk (homemade almond milk blened up with a tea spoon of matcha powder)
Lmao this looks like some serious spell poison. WELL ITS NOT, ITS MY SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE! I love it so much, banana is great at hiding the dried fish food taste that spirulina has. Additionally I've added a cup of chopped dandelion greens (clean purified blood, WHO DIS??) and a table spoon of fresh aloe leaf along with homemade almond milk.
Something about a chlorophyll rich meal first thing in the morning that seems to almost immediately improve my mood; specially today that I happened to have a dream i was about to fight some bitch I don't even know jeez. Anywho, health is wealth.
