happy friday guys!!!!
sooooo today I had to go into the hospital to have blood taken!!! the GP insructed I have 4 vials taken bc she wanted so many tests done lol (urea+electrolyte levels, thyroid function, liver function, haematinics, vitamin D levels, calcium levels, potassium levels, and a full blood count. crikey mikey). lunch today after having blood tests in the morning was a big bowl of salt and chilli butternut squash noodles and broccoli🥦 I also had a lovely flat white with almond milk in the morning before I went to the hospital. ‘twas lovely. ⠀⠀
I’m losing quite a bit atm because I can’t force myself to eat too much and I love it but I also hate it I can’t wait for my next GP appointment, hopefully the results of all my blood tests are in by then

In honor of Dr. Sebi World Day here is his alkaline vegan nutritional guide. Been doing well with eating completely vegan for the past couple weeks. I think my next trip to the grocery store I'm going to only buy foods listed in Dr. Sebi's recommended food list. Again if you haven't researched Dr. Sebi, please do so.
