I want to give you a few tips for keeping your tush in tip top shape!

First thing is first- there are 2 areas most everyone focuses on when wanting to build their glutes: 1. Glute Medius 2. Glute Max. .
.
Best way to train Medius:
β€’ Higher Rep Range to target slow twitch fibers.
β€’ Other than abduction- include unilateral movements- My favorites are single leg hip thrusts, walking lunges and split squats! .
.
Best way to train Glute Max:
β€’ Pre-active the glutes for activation carry-over to compound exercises.
β€’ Hip Thrusters are king -why- because glutes are most affected when hips are at full extension.
.
.
How often can you train your glutes⁉️ With the right combination and layout of exercises, you can train your glutes 3-4 days a week❗️ Now I’m talking about JUST YOUR GLUTES- not full leg workouts. .
