🙄 Ist es zu fassen?! Großartig, ich bin begeistert! Nein, nicht, weil es mir dreckig gehen würde oder dergleichen, nein, bin lediglich angeschlagen, sondern weil der nunmehr scheinbar endgültige Ausbruch mich sporttechnisch hemmt und das macht mich rasend! 😡

1/2 tablespoon hulled tahini, 1/2 tablespoon Liquid coconut oil or macadamia nut oil, 1-2 teaspoons Maca powder (depending on how rich you want it) & 1 teaspoon plain protein powder (optional only, but boosts overall protein content). Mix together to form a liquidy paste. Spread on anything and every thing, even adding this to a store bought fruit toast or ryvita will give you more nourishment vs having on there own.

I always recommend adding food before taking away, why? Because adding, increasing, implementing more, uping the ante is a much more positive framework to go by than eliminate, remove, reduce, abstain. E.g. if you walked away with a list of foods you can’t eat and you are very new to making food changes, chances are you are going to feel incredibly lost and feel like a failure when you weren’t able to break the old habits. Flip the coin and I give you a template of the ways to include nutritious foods alongside what you are use to, the transition is going to be a whole lot nicer and will spare any stress. .
While initial feelings of overwhelm are normal, ongoing confusion, fear and anxiety are not. .
PS FYI sauce is liberally spread across @jescoxnutritionist gluten free nut & fruit loaf. It is superb.
