как же прекрасно, когда рядом есть такой человек, который может искренне попросить прощения даже в тот кaк жe пpeкpacнo, кoгдa pядoм ecть тaкoй чeлoвeк, кoтopый мoжeт иcкpeннe пoпpocить пpoщeния дaжe в тoт мoмeнт,

December 2017 - I had a dream of visiting Vigan in my sleep. I thought my dream was real until I woke up. Vigan has been always in my bucket list. The city managed to preserve its old houses dated back from 18th and 19th centuries. When the opportunity came, I grabbed it right away. I’m always fond of places like Vigan. It’s rare to find this kind of scenery nowadays. We all know what happened during World War II.
Calle Crisologo probably my favorite street in the Philippines. The old houses in this street was once occupied by the wealthy families. History enthusiasts like me will surely love this place. You can take a walk along its cobblestone street while buying souveniers or trying out authentic Ilocano dishes. If you’re not a fan of walking, you can always hire a calesa, the only vehicle allowed in Calle Crisologo.
Vigan is like our window to the past. It allows you to catch a glance of what Philippines looked like during Spanish-Era.
Viva Vigan! .

Dedicating the post to the ongoing Winter Olympics, this week's topic for #ourdaughtersdaughterssociety is Women and Sports/Physical activity in literature.
Admittedly, this topic is challenging for me because I have always been least interested in sports and chess is the only game which I have played because no physical activity is involved.
Instead of talking about books today, I am going to talk about women pursuing their career in sports and how they struggle to fight the pre-conceived notions around it.
Sania Mirza (Tennis player), world ranking no 1, was asked a question that when is she going to settle down. To this, she replied that no matter how many Wimbeldons we win there will always be someone asking this. As if no matter what women achieve, their life is validated only after they adhere to the dimensions of a household life.
A little background, Men's cricket is not just a sport but a rage in India. However, women's team doesn't get much publicity. Mitali Raj, captain of the Indian Women's cricket team was asked who is her favorite Male cricketer. To this, she enquired if they ask the male cricketers about their favorite female cricketer too.
These questions come from well-known journalists and they present the common man's mindset of women and sports. Crossing all the barriers we have some of the eminent sportswomen like P.V. Sindhu, Geeta Phogat, Saina Nehwal, Dipa Karmakar who have set an example to all those who think women are not cut out for sports or any intense physical activity.
What is your take on this?
