First time trying the Barbell Kneeling squat today! 3x15 at 60kg.
I feel the burnnnnnn This is an awesome exercise for hitting the glutes, I felt my hamstrings and quads working hard too.

Just because your passionate about something doesn't mean you're raging to go every minute of the day. Consistency and discipline keeps me on target as no one is going to do the hard work for me. I have a plan and simply follow-the-plan.
No matter what your passion, throw yourself into it and love what you do. Write down your goals, map out a plan to get there. There will be setbacks for sure, but in the long run you'll actually see the beauty in the struggles. You'll be dam proud of what you can achieve if you keep focused and slowly chip away at your passion project.
