I was going to make myself wait until Wednesday to weigh in, but I cracked and had to see. Is this progress? No. But it isn’t a step backwards, either! After bingeing those two times last week, I honestly expected to have gained. So I’ll take this number as a blessing, instead of seeing it as a discouragement. Now I will make myself wait until next Wednesday for the next weigh in. Time to get to work so I CAN see progress the next time I step on the scale! #WeightLossJourney#WeighIn#BodSquad#BED#FatLossJourney
Bringing back the progress pictures now that I'm back on @weightwatchers! I also feel bad that I won't be posting most of the week now that I'm at a writing residency, so hopefully these pictures will help!
I can't believe i forgot to do an october #sidebyside#mkjsidebyside comparison! This past month there were a couple hiccups. really, just life. I went on a trip for a week with some friends, then had hives for a week and a half (which totally threw my body out of whack), but am back on track now!.
So let's talk about the scale then, shall we? When i first got this jacket (the "compression jacket" from old navy) , 3 weeks ago, it didn't fit. As in, i thought the was NO WAY it would ever zip up, even if i were to reach my goal weight, which is another 10lbs or so. But i loved it so much i decided to keep it ands just wear it open. Back then i had hit my lowest weight of 159lbs.
Fast forward to today. I weighed in at 161lbs, so 2lbs heavier. You know how weight loss goes sometimes, up and down. Anyways, i put it on and it seemed looser?? So i decided to try zipping it up, and IT FITS.
