At my biggest I was 255lbs, I’m down to 145lbs. Proud of myself and what I’ve accomplished. To everyone who is starting their weight loss journey, just don’t give up. The beginning of your journey is crucial. Tough it out and I promise you it’ll get easier and it will eventually come naturally to you. I’m no longer worried about not maintaining my weight or gaining after a night out or a week of overeating and giving into my cravings. Because I’m an expert when it comes to my body, I know what I need to do to get back on track. There are still many imperfections that came with the weight gain and a lot of them are here to stay but I’m finally comfortable in my skin and no one can take that away from me not even my own insecurities.

@loganlacarte @loganlacarte I was always the biggest kid in the room, a lot of my family are bigger so I always just thought it was normal growing up. It was in high school though when my weight really got out of control in grade 9 I was 210-215lbs but then in grade 10 I jumped all the way up to 250lbs and by the start of grade 12 I was my heaviest at 310lbs. That's when I knew something had to change so change is what I did! I've lost 112lbs and still going my weight right now is 198lbs. I'm hoping to inspire and motivate people that want to change their life around, any doubts you have I've had I know the struggles and want to help people overcome those struggles. If I can lose the weight so can you! .

"My approach was simple. Become obsessed and take extreme action. I decided to utilize Intermittent Fasting as my initial diet. I started off eating between 1PM-6PM. After 6 I didn’t eat any food (only drank water) until the next day at 1PM. Once I started to see massive results I got addicted to the process and it truly as been enjoyable ever since. IF (intermittenting fasting) worked best for me because I was a food addict, 6 small meals a day wasn’t strict enough. So I decided to go with IF because it forced me to stop eating so much."

@_fitness.savvy The obvious change is physical but the biggest change is mental. I can't tell you how many times I still look in the mirror and see the girl who once weighed 243lbs. I love that girl because of how much strength she had to make a change but that girl didn't love herself. My days are up and down, I have highs and I have lows but I have a hard time finding balance. Sometimes I look at photos and I don't see any changes. That's bad, but that is my mental state of mind. It's hard to retrain a brain after almost 20 years. I work on it daily. Our bodies are beautiful, my body is beautiful. It's all about daily progress. One day at a time, one meal at a time, one workout at a time. We all struggle with different aspects of our weight loss journey, this is mine. 😅😜😜😜😜 ☺️☺️😘💖 .
