Oats have many benefits specially in reducing cholesterol excess body fat and reduce appetite.
Best type is number 1 and the least useful is number 5 ,though number 1 needs longer cooking time ,but it is very useful for it simply the oat groat chopped into pieces. , unprocessed and non-industrial.
I recommend to mix between Type 2 and 3
and mixing it with half cup of yogurt or low-fat milk with a medium-sized fruit and a hand grip of raw nuts (unsalted ) and replace honey with cinnamon to reduce sugars and to add a tea spoon of the healthy chia seeds.
