Domaine Chevassu Fassenet Savagnin 2012. Clear classic oxidation after 4 years on cask, lots of nuts and apple. In thr mouth very fresh, crisoy minerality, high acidity, good lenght. Very nice wine which stay on the fresh and crispy side, fine to just enjoy, but grest to pair food with. Made by Marie-Pierre, which make her wines more or less naturel, like naturel yeast.
