✨Run Baby Run✨.

Un run improvisé avec le chéri au parc de Sceaux, juste pour prendre le temps de faire du sport ensemble.
.
Le sport est une passion commune que nous n'avons pas souvent le temps de pratiquer ensemble, quel dommage, il me fait courir plus vite😂.
.
Ce run changeait de mes entraînements, des côtes, des escaliers, différents sols au feeling et je me suis dit que le Trail de @ecotraildeparisidf ne serait pas simple pour moi: 18km sur un terrain de jeu qui n'est pas vraiment le mien mais que j'adore pourtant. Je me sens toujours autant débutante en course à pieds, les défis m'intimident un peu mais je ne lâche rien parce que je ne suis pas là pour viser un chrono, je serais sur la ligne de départ pour terminer l'Ecotrail dans la bonne humeur avec @constance_healthy et @melhealthy_fitfood, c'est mon seul objectif🙏.

Les aventures sont belles : le @raiddesalizes , @ecotraildeparisidf...

Quand on ose pousser des portes, quand on ose croire un minimum en soi, on s'autorise à vivre des expériences uniques qui forgent notre caractère💪.

Rien que pour ça, je continuerais à oser des choses😍.

C'est valable dans tous les domaines, croyez en vous, osez, tentez, il n'y a pas de réelle chute si on se relève. Il ne reste que la fierté de ne rien lâcher alors Go les filles! Vous n'êtes pas plus nulles que les autres💕.

My Mind had been set on trying to re-achieve techniques to properly train for these acrobatic exercises... yesterday my desperations drove me to practicing over sheets of cardboard to cushion my landing...
It was not that I feared attempting a flip, it was that I feared the circumstances of my fail attempts such as neck, shoulder, knee injuries... what I realized, was that I did not allow room to fail during yesterday's attempt... that fear immediately drown my confidence and I felt defeated... today, with the same amount of determination I welcomed plenty of room for failure, and in the end, to review and learn from each attempt and mistake...that said however, being humble and understanding your skill level helps determine what sort of confidence you bring to each flip/exercise... for example, knowing very well that I was capable of achieving these flips, I still approached each flip with the wrong mentality... instead of saying, "I won't land this, but I'll try"... instantly all chances for success diminish... However approaching the exercise with the attitude that; I will succeed and if I don't, I will do whatever until I am successful, is the more suitable approach...
These exercises do not only test your physical attributes, but also your entire self-confidence... All in all, these words may be non-beneficial to those who already mastered these techniques, and to those who simply don't care...
But to those that do. I hope my words can uplift your spirits and give enough confidence to even just believe that truly, you can do anything you set your mind to.
