I read this interesting article on @vice today about a man who spent 80 days trying to get abs and it ruined his life. This man did everything we all do. Tracked his macros, worked his ass off at the gym, had a trainer/coach to ask questions and get guidance from. And like a lot of us, his fitness journey turned into an obsession. But he ended up being too obsessed with his goals. His healthy eating turned into himself starving himself resulting in little energy. His midway goal wasn’t achieved so he started working out 2 times a day 6 days a week. At the end of 80 days needing to write the article, he didn’t have abs. He worried more about how people would view him not achieving his goal. In this article his before and after pics were scattered (and because it was Vice they were professional and quite funny) but his transformation in a short 80 days would have inspired so many. And something he should have been so proud of. Yes we all have different fitness goals, but remember even if you don’t achieve them the first time around, remember to look back and be proud of how far you’ve come. Stay positive. And continue to grind!
Medicine ball core work! These vids is sped up to avoid boring you. I was going much slower, trying to keep tension in my core. This can also be done with a stability ball which will be easier to grab w your legs. I have to focus to make sure the ball won't fall between my legs. This makes the exercise more challenging. •
This is definitely an area of the body that is hard to target & that everyone hates! These are my favourite exercises to reduce underarm fat. Give them a try!!

Dumbbell Chest Fly with Hip Thrust
Tricep Smith Machine Press (keep your elbows pinched to your sides)
Lying Down Overhead Tricep Extension (take your time with this one!)
