Hump day!! So today I started with:
100 jump ropes, 10 cleans, 10 vups and 10 weighted step ups (five times)
Followed by a ladder:
10 deadlifts (115 lbs)- 8 -6-4-2
2 Weighted sit ups (15 lbs) each side 4-6-8-10
Then I did 3 sets of 3 deadlifts (165 lbs)
I can't wait to look back at these videos and see the progress I made.

"Around the world plank" I LOVE doing this exercise because it engages my entire body! It tightens my arms, back, core (ABS), butt, and legs. ---
There are different alterations to this exercise:
1. Rest on your forearms keeping the rest of your body straight (hold for as long as you can)
2. Similar to what I'm doing in the video, do 20 repetitions, take rests in between, and do 4 sets.
3. Raise your arms and legs individually clockwise/counterclockwise. 20 repetitions, take rests in between, and do 4 sets. 😽💦💪🏻
