On saturday and sunday i was doing 50 set of frontlever exercises like pull ups, i sit pull ups, tuckfrontlever negatives and tuck frontlever HoldsπŸ‘» I did almost all the reps to failureπŸ’―Between the frontlever sets i was doing ABS, lower back and legs and i was also did Two workouts to on saturday and sunday so totaly 4 workoutsπŸ’ͺ🏼 On the workouts i did super set with pull ups, finnen, 2 lower back exercises, pistols squats and flips i did 3 sets of everythingπŸ‘»πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’―πŸ˜œI did 17 frontlever sets on saturday and 33 frontlever sets on sunday πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’―πŸ˜Ž
