Here's where we're sitting, 12 weeks out from my first competition.
Whether they have to do with fitness or not - do your goals scare you a little?
Good. They should.
Have goals so enormous and monumental in your mind that they fill you with excitement and fear and exhilaration,
because then you won't take them lightly.
You'll be so passionate and determined and relentless that when you finally achieve them
- and you will achieve them -
they will be that much more impactful on the course of your life.
Because you will remember the struggles and the failures and all of the times you doubted yourself,
and you will be able to say that you came out victorious despite them.

Oh yes Saturday! I don't care that you are blowing a gale and spontaneously raining on me, I am having an awesome and productive day. A week of swim and run training has left me super energised after 6 months out due to injury.. And surprisingly I have luckily avoided the almighty doms! Wearing my new @adidasrunning#ultraboost and my @sweatybetty leggings. Today we have been car shopping and tomorrow we are off biking with our triathlon club. Happy weekend whatever you get up to.
