Guys prepping your meals is so freaking important when you’re trying to reach your fitness goals. Here’s why:
-You have less temptation to get something else..like fast food
-You are able to calculate your macros (if you do this) and plan ahead for your meals
-You know where you can make room for little treats
-Yes eating healthy is expensive BUT, meal prepping is still much cheaper than eating out every day -If you get it all done in one day every week, you save so much time the rest of the week.
Like a lot of people, I meal prep every single Sunday. It’s a habit now. I can’t go without it. No excuses, it has to be done so I can eat.
