In the picture above I'm doing Barbell Lever Pulls. Moving the barbell from just above the ground to chest level with elevated heels as a progression.
It's been a good 6 weeks. I've added 25kg to my Dips at 3sets x 7 reps with a 3 second eccentric each rep and 20kg to my weighted push-ups at 3 sets x 10 reps with a 3 second eccentric phase. #newbiegains
