Iako moja praksa joge podrazumeva "jače" sisteme od hata joge, to ne znači da zanemarujem deo koji je vezan za spiritualno biće. Da to činim to bi bila nepotpuna joga praksa.

Kao kada bi jeli ćevape bez luka, jednostavno ne ide. Tako je isto i sa jogom, fizičko i spiritualno telo treba da ostvare međusobni balans. Samim tim joga nidra mora da bude sastavni deo treninga.
.
Postoji dosta instruktora koji drže jogu i preskaču taj deo, uglavnom su to ljudi koji su ušli u svet joge iz drugih sistema fizičkih aktivnosti.
.
Ne želim da umanjujem ničiji rad, već samo želim da ukažem na sam značaj joga nidre na kraju treninga. Bilo da je reč o vinjasa, hata, aštanga ili drugim sistemima, joga nidra je nezaobilazna. Jednostavno, ako nešto radiš kako treba, radi do kraja kako treba.

Many years ago my teacher @shivarea108 spoke about trying to force a river to flow, this goes beyond the natural order of life itself. We can not force the sun to rise before it's time or the trees to grow before they're ready or the fruit to ripen quicker. Just like we can't force the body to be stronger or more flexible, all of this takes time, patience and practice.

The real medicine here is to t r u s t and to s u r r e n d e r and deeply know all is taken care of regardless of what is seemingly happening. This too shall pass and be a distant memory of a time that once was.

As we head into a gentle seasonal transition - to late Summer - Chinese Medicine turns its attention to the Stomach and Spleen organs. You know: what comes in, how we break it all down, and how we let go of what we no longer need... and obviously there’s a deep emotional quality here too.

My #meditation practice is at times sporadic, but I notice I often dive deeper into it when I need to let go of something, or work through it. .
Well try some new meditation techniques in class over the following weeks to allow ourselves to do some big letting go, in all senses of the word. Won’t you join in?

Izazovi sebe, ali isto tako ne precenjuj sebe. Osvesti svaki pokret, osvesti svaki udah, svaki izdah.

Korak po korak i postaješ jedno sa svojim telom. Fizički, energetski, duhovno. Put možda jeste dug i naporan, međutim to nije razlog za odustajanje, to je razlog za još jedan izazov.

Život je izazov, zato se izazivaj. 😉☺️🙏

Položaj srećna beba je odličan za otvaranje kukova.

Pokušaj dok spuštaš kolena ka asuri da ti donji deo leđa ostane priljubljen uz istu.
.
Ako treba da otvoriš kukove imam trening u kome je akcenat samo na kukovima. Možeš da biraš između hata i vinjasa treninga za kukove...za svakog po nešto. 😊

Noć u Joga Studiju Samadi postaje predivna od kada je novi zid u "igri". 😁

Joga je jedinstvo, to predstavlja suštinu same joge.
.
Međutim, između dve škole joge u Beogradu postoji oduvek jedna vrsta "tihog" trvenja. Pokušao sam da shvatim o čemu se tu radi, na taj način što sam u obe škole završio obuke. I u jednoj i u drugoj školi bilo je ljudi koji su mi više ili manje prirasli za srce, kao i svakom od vas tokom života. Jednostavno nismo svi istog senzibiliteta, ne "spajamo" se sa svima, i to je sasvim u redu. Ipak, nije u redu što postoji taj tihi bojkot između njih, ja mislim da sam spoznao uzroke, ali to nije za sada i ovde. Nisam ni sudija, a ni dželat. Samo kažem da to nije lepo, nije u duhu joge. Namaste. 😉🙏
