A good breakfast option for those on a weight loss journey. Semolina has a tendency to keep you fuller for long. These Masala Idlis are a quick fix.
2 cups semolina
1 cup thick (sour)curd
1/2 tsp eno (fruit salt )
Little water - if needed to get a pouring consistency
1)Fill water and prepare your idli stand. Pre heat the stand for 5 minutes.
2)Mix the above well and spoon in the batter in each segment.
3)Steam for 12 minutes. Initial 2 minutes on maximum and then on medium flame or cook till done.
Once done cut into two.
