Got some Country Heat in today
She lasted about half the workout today then she asked to be put down. She sat on the couch and watched me do the rest. If there is anything I have learned from the Little Miss working out with me it's that cardio dance is as easy or as hard as you make it!
So if you're dancing (or working out) and it feels easy for you, challenge yourself and add some weights! Or put your whole body into it! There are ways to increase the intensity of your moves so that you break a sweat!!
