Looking at those stage pictures makes me feel so proud of what I’ve accomplished so far!
In a year I’ve done 5 competitions and I’ve got 7 trophies on my shelf! And yet this is just the beginning! I’ve got so much more to give🤩
Just went through an easy Legworkout! As I mentioned before the body needs its time to recover properly right now.. so the Heavy weights will have to wait for a while Focusing on good contact..

Back/Biceps & some Abs So good to be back againGoing easy on the weights though, I’m slowly increasing both the weights & the food to get the best rebound-effect Finding a good balance again after a comp-diet might be hard; but for me very necessary and important
Junior World Championship - 5th Place! Ofcourse I wanted to place higher, But I’m so extremely happy being among the top-6 in the world!
I was very pleased with the packade I brought to stage and I enjoyed every single minute up there I may not have placed better than last time, but I sure beated myself! And that’s what I’m always aiming for and what I think this sport is all about - Being a better version of yourself every time you step on stage
