For the Trainers out there: Do you know why this drill is so important? Do you understand the elements it evaluates and corrects? Do you have your clients and athletes spend time learning how to load and unload the Backswing?
Fundamentals first, always. For the new age wave of CrossFitters who think everything has to be fancy and complicated with tons of volume and who give me weird looks because I preach the basics...take it from the founder himself. Keep it simple and master the basics, then revisit the basics and make them even better.
