"This was the hardest thing I've ever done physically, and the lessons I learned during that grueling, multi-terrain hike have stayed close to me. It's hard to explain moments where you feel both enormous and tiny, invincible and incredibly vulnerable at the same time. This moment represents that for me. There is no strength without vulnerability." // @cassidykipp in the Sawtooths, ID // #getyourassintonature

"My brother and I went with 6 friends on a 3 day vacation. In the last night we decided that after the standard night walk through the streets we world get down to the beach. It took a little while for the first one to take off all clothes but once it started we all became comfortable. We all sat on the sand while listening to Bob Marley and Ventania and looking at the naked sky - so many stars!
We also took fun pictures, bathed & did cartwheels :D" // Paradisiac Pipa , Brazil // #getyourassintonature

"One of the biggest reasons why I love being out and about in nature is the ability to truly undress , from all societal norms. Remove the perceptions of others, take off that skin and be yourself. If that means wandering around naked, feeling the sun envelop your skin, the cool crisp water beading down your back after being submersed in the lake in the mornings to wake up at sunrise, so be it. Here you are without anyone or anything in your way. No one pressing you to conform to the social norms and boasting about impropriety of being uncovered. You are unabashedly you." // @brittanyjwebb // #getyourassintonature

"There's no point in constantly worrying about everything. What will happen will happen regardless. So breathe, look on the bright side, have some laughs, fall in love, accept what you cannot change, and carry on. Actually live courageous. Most people just exist. I'm am here to live!" // @wtlund406 // #getyourassintonature

"Travelling as a backpacker on the opposite side of the planet to home may define freedom and adventure for most people. However, spending all day scaling an active volcano to get naked above the clouds represents a new level of freedom. A sense of adventure and a passion for the vibrant landscapes of New Zealand fuel our escapades and what better way to pay homage to Mother Nature than to be one with her?" // @finnaay @jack_cornish on Mount Ngauruhoe, NZ // #getyourassintonature

Riding into the weekend like... // "When I tried on these chaps, they fit perfectly. The guy at the leather shop told me that they fit as if they were custom. He also told me that they were his old chaps. I had always thought that I had a boyish figure, but I learned then that I have that of the hips of a middle aged man. It feels empowering to #getyourassintonature because no matter your body type, you look badass." // @elliepoteat by @darbyknoll in the Crazy Mountains, MT // #getyourassintonature

"Going to an anti LGBT school as a gay man has been a pretty hard experience. On top of that I've always had self esteem issues with my body because the gay community can be pretty brutal. This picture represents the freedom I have despite of the fact.

I have straight A's and a great job despite depression, and I can do all my favorite outdoor activities with this 'fat' body and I'm grateful for that." // #getyourassintonature

"We had been talking about going on adventure for weeks and we finally planned one, in the middle of finals week, we were going to go on a road trip visiting all the hot springs we could in one day, we woke up at 6am and drove 2 hours to our first of 3 hot springs. When we got to the hot springs it was 17 degrees outside! We ran the quarter mile to the hot springs in our flip flops and bare asses and We jumped in and the sting of the heat lasted for a short while before the relaxing day began." // @kozicaitlin148 @fiona_rose24 at Travertine Hot Springs, CA // #getyourassintonature
