These jokers are planning on making a ‘reclaimed flagstone walkway’ with this material. No wonder our industry isn’t taken seriously...

Our new website is live! I’ve been having a difficult time weighing the cost of advertising against how much work we can actually take on. We’re thankful to not have to worry about where the jobs are coming from but are we unnecessarily spending money to attract work that we can’t take on? Is anyone else having a similar problem?

Chad Quenneville (@naturaldesignlandscapes)

Natural flagstone isn’t big in our market so we don’t get the chance to do it often. I’d love to work with the giant stuff this season though...

That sunlight sure would feel good right about now. February is the hardest month for a landscaper to get through.

Trailer could use a wash first thing in the spring. Get your brand out there!

Can’t wait for spring to button this backyard up and start on a nice big Unilock entranceway

We subbed this job from another contractor that helped us out when we were building our name. If there’s one bit of advice that I can offer the new guys it’s that you should approach the bigger guys and see if you can get your hands on some sub work. Take what they give you and knock it out of the park. Work for less until you’re so busy that your reputation justifies charging more. We’re so lucky to have been given the opportunity.

Neat little @techobloc driveway from this past season

I’ll have to go back and get some good pictures of this one next season. These ones just don’t do it justice.

With estimate season just around the corner, I’m curious as to the percentage of quotes you guys are closing on. I’ve been told anything over 10% is great!

Hey @paver_king if you’re showcasing #Permacon jobs we wouldn’t mind a plug for this little diddy from a few years back!
