What do you want to accomplish this week? Monday is great day to start something new or start towards a goal. This week for me is studying πŸ“š sadly I have put it off for far too long and I am ready to dive head first and get it done πŸ‘ŠπŸΌwhat have you been putting off that you know needs to be done? If it’s heavy on the mind start! What are you waiting for? What I’ve learned is the timing will never be perfect, you just have to begin. Sometimes we can be waiting for the right moment for too long and miss out on golden opportunities or look back and realize you never even started towards your goal 😳 take a chance on yourself and believe in yourself! We need to take care of our bodies if we want to feel good. So many people treat their bodies like shit with what they are putting into it and then wonder why they feel like crap all the time. It’s simple, take care of your body, you only get one, and stop putting toxic shit in it ☠️ work it out regularly, feed it whole nutritious food, rest it, and hydrate it. Our bodies are so amazing that they will let us know when something is not right. Listen to it.

Came back from a wonderful vacation with my husband and struggled with dehydration for a couple of weeks 🌡 not fun πŸ™ but feeling hundred percent better now and started back at the gym with my building program. Somethings with this page are going to be changing. I love fitness and still want to share my journey with it but I also believe in living a FULFILLING healthy lifestyle which doesn’t always mean working out and dieting day in and day out, it can be so many different things and I want to share those experiences too! I’ve had it stuck in my head that a fit page should like this or that and would put unnecessary pressure on myself to post everyday or about things that I maybe I wasn’t feeling at the time.
