Have you ever come across someone who has the best energy? They walk in and the whole room lights up with their aura, their smile? Their disposition being genuine and positive? Imagine if everyone had this amazing disposition about them. Imagine what it would feel like if everyone in the room brought that kind of energy in. There would be lightness and positivity everywhere. No judgement, no doubt or fear, no desire or jealousy. How do we train ourselves to become more like this? We can start with actively treating everyone with love. Look people in the eye when they talk to you. Speak with confidence and fully think out your words before you say them. Try to never talk down on people, to always give them the benefit of the doubt. Give of yourself without expecting anything in return (I struggle with this, sometimes I catch myself giving and then getting annoyed or irritated when I don't receive a proper "thank you" which is selfish!)
We should be consciously practicing this type of disposition. I'll be the first to admit I am very far from achieving it, but I try to manifest more light and positivity every chance I can. #spreadlight@cutekatiebug_podcast
