Ocean therapy always does the soul good & weather was so stunning today! Something I wanna work on as I go into another year of living, is focusing on all the things that went right, or the good that happened in the day, instead of letting the one or few things that didn't go so well consume and swallow all that was good thank u all so much for the birthday wishes and love! It's really quite amazing to think about how people connect and share emotion and feeling through technology, and then to come across some of you in person and realize you are genuine and real people that are inspired and moved just the same way I am thankyou again

Build from the ground up things didn't happen overnight for me, and I'm not sure it works like that for anyone. It's taken persistence and a lot of work to get to where I am. Building a strong foundation is so important to help you push through the rough times, the pain barriers, that last burpee, those early mornings. Creating mindful habits one step at a time is what Iv found help more instead of trying to become everything at once. Currently I'm working on my sleep habits "early to bed early to rise, makes a man strong, healthy and wise" any habits u can share with us that have helped you? If you are in that building stage, simplify, focus on the core things and don't sweat the big stuff #lornajaneactive
