1000 'FITMAS' BURPEE CHALLENGEπŸ’₯jumpin in full on today & happy December1st!πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ (Can't believe it's that time of year alreadyπŸ™ƒ)... Ok soooo for all you who are keen and I hope that's lots of you 😜 @tanyapoppett and I want you to join us in this challenge. Basically the goal is to do 1000 burpees by Christmas Day! ✨Sooo if u were to break it up that's like 40 a day.... but break it up how u like!! If ya wanna skip a day, just do a little extra on other days to make up those reps. Get it? Tag it onto the end of your run, include it in your daily workout, however u wanna do it!! If anything the goal is just to get moving each day and trying to push urself a little extra this season whatever it is!πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ to keep it interesting we will be doing a different burpee variation each day and will post it on our stories...Try them out! This was taken on our last trip in NZ 🌿We arrived late at night and woke up on this stunning long stretch of beach. No one around at first light and it was just asking to be ran on. Then all of a sudden there were so many hikers trekking along this beach on their way through walking from the tip of the north island all the way down to the very bottom of the southπŸ™ŒπŸ½ along with mums running the beach with their strollers and old folks walking their dogs. A good energy hereπŸ’«... and definitely a beach I would recommend stopping at if you are passing through! ☺️ thanks @clarameib for this shot xo #beachruns #purenz #energizer

Our layover in Kuala Lumpur was just that. We were already drenched in sweat from the heatπŸ˜… caught the wrong train but met more locals that way haha, then made it to these stairs covered in cute little monkeys that stole my glasses πŸ™ˆ the caves were incredible!! & then we walked around the markets trying foods and little trinkets. Fair to say we were pooped & a stinky sweaty mess by the end 🀣 p.s this bag from @thule was the best traveling!! Having a compartment for easy access to the laptop during customs is a game changer! πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

I personally see the importance of giving the digestive system a bit of a break every so often. But moreso love the mental challenge and reboot it gives me. Surprisingly I havnt felt hungry at all. But I have toned down the intensity of today's workouts so my muscles don't fatigue. Anyway would love to know your experience if urv done it! Good? Bad? Symptoms ? β˜€οΈ
