Build from the ground up πŸ’₯ things didn't happen overnight for me, and I'm not sure it works like that for anyone. It's taken persistence and a lot of work to get to where I am. Building a strong foundation is so important to help you push through the rough times, the pain barriers, that last burpee, those early mornings. Creating mindful habits one step at a time is what Iv found help more instead of trying to become everything at once. Currently I'm working on my sleep habits πŸ™ˆ "early to bed early to rise, makes a man strong, healthy and wise"βœ¨πŸ˜‰ any habits u can share with us that have helped you?
