Day#15 was an old 25 min HIIT workout + Tahitian class. .
Day#16 I finally took my sister in law to my fav booty & abs class. And today/tomorrow... I'm still and I swear my butt is about to fall off haha, soo maybe a walk, stretch and sleep.

And for all my #allgoaugust people. Whatsupppp!? Day #8 for me was a 3.5 mile run and the quick 15min circuit (that's on my story). And day#9 was interval running, 1min fast pace, 1min recovery pace, for 20mins... I was pooped haha but followed it with a few "laps" (back and forth between landmarks) in the ocean would love to know what kinds of things u do in ur area in the comments #allgoaugustxrocamoon
Challenge brings change I have a love/hate relationship with challenges. Seometimes things are just difficult and pushing through the barriers is rough... but then the feeling of conquering a challenge, or making improvements big or small, is so satisfying and rewarding! I'm always trying to challenge myself... in motherhood, as a wife, in my eating habits, and of course my exercise routine. The good changes these challenges bring are what make life worth living. Here's a little snippet of some of the changes I have tried to focus on in my life at the moment. Quality time, simplifying, eating local, and more mind body connection through @barre3 workouts, which very quickly became part of my weekly workout regime!♀️ "You wont know how something can change YOU until you try it for yourself" ------------------------------------------

Day 7 of #allgoaugust . Nothing went according to plan but thank the heavens I did get some ocean therapy and a bit of surf activity to feel some energy flow.
Today I had every intention to be productive around the house, get out on a run and do an ab workout, even dressed out in my workout clothes. But for some reason I just felt like I had been hit by a bus so instead i napped with roca in my workout clothes haha Maybe a 15min something this evening perhaps
MondaY MooD rebalance refocus and reboot for the new week!! I actually love re-evaluating often, it always gives me a fresh perspective and the feeling that it's better to start over again & again than to quit altogether. . MAT WORK This has been sped up to double speed, but I like the challenge of these exercises that are low impact and work on stability. Do them slow and really concentrating on form, keeping the core engaged toward the spine
"ALL GO AUGUST" this month my family back in NZ has decided to do #allgoaugust to help motivate and uplift each other to get out and get moving, whether it's a workout or just an effort to be active in some way. Each day we post a pic or little vid of what we did to give each other ideas and inspiration.

I had spent a solid week in Moorea, Tahiti with the best crew @ambermozo@colbych@tay_steele@leihalahinatea . They surprised me with this amazing farewell breakfast with company like no other, creatures of the sea. Taking a quick goodbye swim with the sharks and rays before feeling the last of the Tahitian winds through my hair as we crossed the channel on the ferry to catch my flight home. Trip of a lifetime. Play dates with my loves was talking with my sister About how naturally the soul is drawn towards water, not necessarily just the ocean & there's a feeling that comes with it that is just so peaceful and soothing. The ocean blues though will always have my heart and entice me the most! Greatful just doesn't cut it . #purebliss
