What a great track day at Thunderhill West. Only my second track day ever in this car and I absolutely love it more than ever. My set up was hilarious. Federal 595 RSRR in front and sumitomo htrz3 in back. The car couldn't be kept under control. I ended up drifting the entire track all day mostly unintentionally. Also spun out for the first time ever on track out at 80+ mph which was pretty terrifying. lve learned that the balance of a car on the street doesn't reflect how it will behave on track at all. On the street the car is more neutral and only slightly biased towards oversteer. On the track the car would rotate instantaneously. I had to drive so smoothly and even then the car just wanted to rotate with the slightest steering input. There's still 3 seconds or so left on the table when I get matching rear tires, soften my rear sway bar and do a passenger delete. It had seriously been way too long since I made it out to the track. They told me they were going to make me go home if I kept drifting but how would they have got such bad ass pics if I wasn't? I'm literally the only person in the photoset who is drifting in every single picture. I desperately need a set of track wheels and tires. I'm ready to throw my pipe on the table and set some times oh yea, and thanks to @thegenius46m for being a true genuine and letting me use his rear wheels and tires. #bmw#bmwm3#e46#e46m3#alpinewhite#imolared#6speed#mpower#csl#motorsport#fitment#flush#stance#s54#streetcar#rogueengineering#akgmotorsport#evolveautomotive#fabspeed#volkracing#re30#broadwaystatic#rktunes#vacmotorsports#recaro
You know your trusted as a driver when your boy throws you the keys to his 2017 Audi R8 v10+ and tells you to have fun. It still rips after 12mph and I managed to hit 15mph quite easily with not much space. Nothing beats high revving N/A engines. Backroad drift adventure soon in my whip? @offwhite.r8
Taking apart and wrapping super cars is not as easy as taking apart normal cars. It's cool to get to work on these types of cars though even if they suck. This Avery color the customer chose is way too good. Those microfiber rags are used for cleaning dirty back sides of panel so don't come yappin at me.
