What a way to start my Monday morning!
So I fractured my collar bone when I was 8yrs old and never knew it till I was 17! I've struggled since fracturing it, with using my upper body because of the intense pain and limited range of motion. Today, I can proudly say that I finished all of my pushup reps and kept going! I'm nowhere near as strong as I'd like to be when it comes to my upper body but I'm making progress and I'll get there! Thanks so much for your awesome workouts and inspiration @kayla_itsines! In such a short time you've helped me to see just how much work I wasn't putting into my workouts and made me push myself to raise the bar!
