Train to make you happy!
Everyone has a different type of training that works for them. Some people like Pilates, other yoga, some boxing, or me who likes to constantly change it up. That's why I like functional training. You can really push yourself but also ease of and focus on targeting certain muscle group.
Another great thing for me has been going back to dance. Going back to a high energy level jazz class that pushes my limits as a dancer. Finding the slow beats when the movement is very fast. I'm thinking of soon going twice a week and adding a lyrical/contemporary class as it's my favourite style.
Always keep training to feel happy. If you hate going to the gym find another way to keep fit that you enjoy.

Sunsets are proof that endings can be beautiful... Hope you all have had an amazing day. As much as I love winter, I'm more excited for summer afternoons and nights at the beach. It's just so peaceful just sitting and watching the waves without the hassle of getting burnt by the sun. Bring on Summer!
