Today I'm leaving back to Greenland. Stay tuned for updates from my expedition. This time I'm going with my group to south Greenland. I call this area "Arctic Patagonia" because of incredible granite walls.

Cracks in the surface hide and icy depths inside glacial crevasses hundreds of feet below. One of the great peaks on Earth, Devil's Thumb, in the background. Spent a lot of time here this summer at nearly 7000ft. I also spent 50 other days covering the 1500 miles of nearby mountain terrain, so scroll down and check out just a small PART of the new collection of images here, mixed with a few of my personal favs.
