I don’t feel as small I look on these pictures. It’s always surprising when you put on clothes that you haven’t worn in some time thinking they’re going to fit you the same as before. Whoops. I definitely take for granted what difference 50+ pounds makes in clothing. People tell me on a daily basis that I’ve lost a lot of weight, or I’m disappearing, or whatever else. I don’t think I believe them. I know the scale in down, but I know I have ways to go. (I see myself naked.) These days, I compare myself to people at the gym. That’s my goal.
