**10 Minute HEALTHY Dinner**
Seared Salmon cooked with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, splash of soysauce, & garlic salt with a side of finely chopped broccoli. Both from Trader Joe's. Boccoli comes pre-chopped in a bag. No prep time! Double you portions and have a healthy lunch for the next day. If it takes more than 15 minutes to cook...I'm sooooo over it. Don't over cook your salmon! Yuck! Or your broccoli for that matter... Limiting your salt? No problem...use low sodium soysauce & substitute garlic salt with Ms. Dash!
