Donald Nemeth & Jack King pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, aggravated robbery and kidnapping charges of Joshua Mascol at the University Hotel and Suites on Euclid Avenue
-
Both men will be sentenced on August 28th & were set to stand trail Monday on charges of aggravated murder

Both face possible life sentences if convicted
-
Cuyahoga County prosecutors asked the judge to bar Donald Nemeth’s lawyers from mentioning that he was the brother of Dolph Ziggler, whose real name is Nicholas Nemeth
-
It was to be believed that if it was brought up, it would take the jurors’s attention away from the case.

On July 24th the WWE filed a new trademark for Taboo Tuesday. For those who may remember the WWE ran two PPV’s under the name Taboo Tuesday, the first being October of 2004, and the second in November of 2005
-
The Taboo Tuesday PPV has fans vote online what stipulations and which opponents certain wrestlers should have
-
Past stipulations included outfit for a diva battle, weapon of choice match and what type of gimmick match should take place
-
The PPV eventually changed it’s name to Cyber Sunday, with the last one taking place in Phoenix back in 2008
-
Usually when the WWE registers a new trademark it’s for future use. If this is the case, the PPV could potentially take place on a date that Smackdown is slated to be taped and air on the WWE Network

Ryback claimed that Cena does not stand up for the performers because it is not in is financial interest
-
"I feel, and I wish I was even higher than I was when I did what I did because I always wished somebody in Cena's position would stand up and actually have the balls to do things right. And if you love [pro] wrestling, you say, 'stand up for the [pro] wrestlers.' But he hasn't and he never will because it's all about the money."

The current WWE United States Champion AJ Styles, joined Edge & Christian’s Podcast Of Awesomeness recently
-
During their conversation, Styles stated that the Chairman of WWE, Vince McMahon, thought Styles’s reaction from the fans at the 2016 Royal Rumble may have been a fluke
-
Here’s what Styles had to say:
-
"I think Vince thought it was fluke. I had a match, a typical babyface match and Vince went ‘I have tons of guys who can have that match, where’s this freakin’ pitbull, this attack dog’. Oh, you want that guy, I can be that guy. I think the reaction was unbelievable, I did not expect that, it was one of those things in WWE history [which] will be forever there because that kind of reaction I didn’t expect. I don’t think anybody expected that, I definitely don’t think Vince expected that. I’ve heard stories that [Vince] said: ‘nobody’s going to know who this guy is and you want him at No. 3?'”

Source: SportKeeda (don't trust them but they have been 80% correct with news lately)
-
"Triple H was said to be annoyed at the end of the Raw main event. The botch occurred when Rollins and Ambrose hugged after the match. The WWE is building towards a big moment where the former Shield members Rollins and Ambrose engage in a traditional Shield fist-bump. This is expected to take place after they capture the Raw Tag Team Championships at Summerslam."
-
"McMahon feels like a hug is more significant than fist-bump and didn't feel like the two should've hugged after their victory, based on the big moment they are building to."

Cody Rhodes spoke with The Charlotte Observer on a number of wrestling topics
-
Preparing when he left WWE:
-
"I was just talking about this and it's made the difference. When guys leave – whether they decide to leave or they're forced out – there's usually this period of time we see them around the world and they can ride that WWE wave and use it, and then it goes away. It loses its luster after a few months. I planned my escape for six months before I left. I loved WWE, but in the end I was unhappy. It was just like planning an escape from a maximum security prison. I'd released a list of potential opponents online so when the 90-day no-compete clause was up, I had matches booked on good faith. I thought about the follow-up."

-
During the interview, Ambrose talked about the toll that his styles has been taking on his body
-
He said that he is "a very old 31 years old," and can't ever remember waking up in the morning and feeling good
-
"I feel like crap," Ambrose said. "But everything is OK."

The Wrestling Observer newsletter is reporting that some GFW people and WWE people ended up at the same bar when the WWE crew was in town on 7/17 for Raw
-
Karen Jarrett walked up to Braun Strowman and asked for an autograph for one of her sons because Strowman is one of his favorite wrestlers
-
The belief is that Strowman did not know who Karen Jarrett was and he is usually a fun loving guy
-
This time though he was said to be rude and may have said a curse word to her
-
The part about him swearing came from someone who was on the other side of the bar but everyone in the bar saw what happened afterward
-
Karen flipped out and got really loud at him for blowing her off and, at one point, said that she would be telling her son’s father (Kurt Angle) about what he did
-
Strowman immediately apologized and begged her not to tell Kurt or anyone and even offered to get on his knees in front of a lot of WWE wrestlers
-
Karen fired back and said that he was now acting that way because he found out that Kurt Angle is her son’s father but pointed out that he should not have acted the way he did to any mother asking for an autograph for her son
-
Strowman agreed and said that she was right and apologized

On the most recent edition of his podcast, WWE Hall Of Famer Steve Austin discussed Samoa Joe and what he'd like to see happen at Wrestlemania 34
-
“If I was booking WWE or if I had influence on the booking of WWE, or whatever, my Wrestlemania main event would be Joe and Brock and I would build it and by the time we got there, people would be going crazy to see it.”

Jim Ross was recently interviewed by his old friend Steve Austin for his podcast: ‘The Steve Austin Show’. The duo spoke on a wide variety of topics, including about the current landscape of WWE in 2017
-
“I know that somewhere down the road it’s Strowman and Lesnar. That’s foolproof, right? And I’d probably save that till WrestleMania. I know at one point, they talked about doing it at SummerSlam. To me, the most match I’m most interested in seeing someday is Lesnar and Strowman. I’m curious as to what they would get out of that match, and how athletic the big boy would be, and how Brock would be. There’s a two-way street here.”
-
Ross also said he thinks AJ Styles will be able to get the best out of Shinsuke Nakamura and would like to see it at Wrestlemania
-
“You felt something in the crowd at [WWE Money In The Bank] with Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ. The fans that’ve followed their career know they’ve got a great history. And they’ve, I’ve seen it, had one of the best matches I’ve ever seen with Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ. We haven’t seen that yet in Shinsuke, but that WrestleMania match would be a great wrestling match.”

While it might seem early for another Shakeup, The Observer notes that there is definitely talk of making a few roster moves in the fall. There has also been talk of sending one or more Superstars from the main roster to WWE NXT. The moves from the main roster to NXT would be for talents that were major stars in NXT that Vince McMahon simply is not going to push on RAW or SmackDown, even if they are over, or talents who are doing nothing on the main roster with the feeling that they could be more useful as top stars in NXT
