Berry Smoothie Jar
· 20g #WomensBest Protein Powder
· 50g Nut Granola
· 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
· 1 Banana
· 250g Strawberries
· 50g Rhubarb
· Bourbon vanilla
· Dash of Carob Gum
· Sweetener of Choice (e.g. #WomensBest Flavor Drops)
1. Cook 50g berries with 50g rhubarb, Vanilla and Sweetener for a minute.
2. Mix the banana with 100g of berries, yoghurt and protein powder.
3. Fill granola in a glass and layer with the banana berry smoothie.
4. Now add the rhubarb-strawberry compote.
5, Finally top with some fresh berries.

Blueberry bliss bowl
• 1 scoop #WomensBest Slim Body Shake Vanilla
• 2 cups of blueberries
• 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
• 1 ½ cups of oats (soaked overnight)
• 1 banana
• Maple syrup or raw honey
• Toppings of your choice: berries, #WomensBest Chia Seeds, sliced banana, flaked almonds, hemp seeds, etc.
1. Simply put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour it into a bowl and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.

• 200g honeydew melon
