My pre yoga breakfast. I am not a person that can roll out of bed and go to a workout class without some sort of food. I like to usually have some sort of smoothie or protein shake before a morning workout cause it doesn’t sit for too long, but it gives you a quick replenish of nutrients. One thing I really like about this smoothie is that it’s not too sweet. A lot of times bananas can make drinks too sweet, but this is a nice balance.
Garbanzo bean brownies. (Based on @chocolatecoveredkatie black bean brownie recipe) so I wanted to make these brownies and I went to the store for black beans, bought them, opened them up and realized they smelled like a burrito...because I accidentally bought seasoned beans! I’m an idiot sometimes, so I decided I couldn’t not make them, so I used garbanzo beans that I had in my pantry and they turned out amazingly!!! Sometimes mistakes can still turn out okay.
