HAPPY NOVEMBER!!! So I've been #vegetarian for a little over a week now (there was that one time I took a teeny-weeny bite of @oludara_es burger over the weekend but Jesus still loves me ♀️). It's actually been easier than I thought it would be! Y'all know I love food but the things we consume aren't always good for us or easy on our bodies. I'm not telling you to eat meat or not to eat meat, but I wanted to find out how my body would respond and I do feel different. I definitely feel much 'lighter' (not talking about the scale). Stress on my digestion has been relieved, I'm more regular (yeah I know you too) and I think I'm sleeping better (still observing this one). I have found that my craving for sugar has gone What's that about?? I miss Suya sha... but let's continue this experiment and see how it goes... You could give yourself a challenge - see if you could do without eating any animals for the month of November!
