CREAMY KALE & GINGER SOUP!
This weather needs soup!
Heat oil in a saucepan and add chopped onions, garlic and ginger. After a few minutes add a massive handful of kale and coriander and continue to stir through for a few more minutes. Add 100ml coconut milk and 100-200ml of vegetable stock or broth, and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. Use a blender or food processor to blend the soup and serve with parsley, & salt & pepper to taste.
Incredibly nutritious and will help fight away the cold & flu going around too!

Today's chest workout gave me a serious pump! Short, powerful & intense! Give it a go:
1a - bench press x 4 (15/12/8/6)
1b - dips x 4 (15/12/8/6)
2a - DB Incline chest press 3x10
2b - DB chest fly 3x10
2c - DB pullover 3x10
3 - cable incline fly 3x8

Mash/blend half an avocado and then add black pepper and chilli flakes and spread across whole meal bread. It couldn't get any easier!
Obviously it's a great vegetarian choice too others can add eggs, or bacon to this too
"I'm on my final week of homefit 1 - and having taken this second lot of photos I'm actually really surprised in my physical change!
I knew the plan had helped me feel so much better mentally, and that I can now do exercises I couldn't such as the full wipers, but didn't know the physical change it has had on me too, as I've always been skinny I really didn't believe it would do much, but I am loving all the muscle development. I hope all my social shares do your plan justice!
These days I do 4 of your 5 workouts as I also go to PowerWave and Boxercise and this seems to be a good balance. That way I have one full rest/stretch day.
Life update! I am so focused right now! The start of this year is going off with a bang in all aspects of my life
#CrockFit will be releasing its brand new website soon, then a nutrition section update in all plans, and then release of the new #GymFit3 plan to follow.
I will be making a surge in my modelling career this year and aim to make a bigger impact than ever before.
