It's a very busy and exciting day! We bought our next home and moved in today!
It's also important I keep myself accountable too. I'm so grateful to have this platform, it keeps me so motivated to be at my best to continue to inspire others. I guess we motivate each other
I've gained some muscle and I'm still quite lean. But way more importantly than any of that, is the fact I FEEL good! For about 2 months I struggled with a very annoying back - twinges, spasms etc and I knew it was time to stop pushing and to start training smart. I took 10 days off any weightlifting and trained myself well with bodyweight HIIT training, circuits, yoga etc. This was exactly what my spine and CNS (Central Nervous System) needed. I've been working on my weak points - glutes & core, and I feel stronger than before.

Are you ready??? - Melt 100g dark chocolate in a glass bowl over simmering water. - Blend 125g pitted dates in a food processor with 2tbsp water. - Mix the chocolate & the dates with 100g desiccated coconut into a sticky mix! - Take handfuls of the mixture and roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet, on a tray and refrigerate to set for 20 minutes. - Eat, and go to heaven... Who struggles with naughty cravings? ♂️MAKE THESE & stay on track.
