2 - Focus on full range of motion at the elbow. (Flexion & extension)
3 - Pause / contract / squeeze at the top!

It was a great trip, filled with birthday & engagement celebrations... It's a really exciting time for me now for so many reasons. There will be some very quick progress with #CrockFit over the next few months with the release of my next major plans (#SheFit3, #GymFit4#HomeFit4 & #SheFit4). When these are complete, #CrockFit will be the first in the online plan market to have a 1 year body transformation plan to people who sign up. A product that I believe is really needed for a lot of people to create life changing habits that they will maintain forever.
We need to kill crappy FAD diets & products forever! They don't work, and they'll never work.

10 alternating lunges
10 mountain climbers (20)
10 bicycle crunches (20)
X4 without resting.
So many people see their holiday/vacay as a good excuse to stop training... WHY!? There are no excuses. Plus why would you want to let all your hard work fizzle away?

I truly don't care what people think of me when I dip in the sea wearing these teeny tiny trunks
Whereas I do care what people think of me enough to want them to turn up to my funeral and remember me for the right reasons.

HILL SPRINTS JUST GOT HARDER!
Like I said, hill sprints are amazing for rapid fat loss & for improving your athleticism! I love them!
To make them more intense & interesting I added other exercises. Find a short uphill area (doesn't need to be long). - sprints X 5 (walk down) - 10 lunge jumps + sprint X 5
- 5 push-ups + sprint X 5
- 10 mountain climbers + sprint X 5
- high knees x 5
Stop exercising to fight the things you don't like, and start training for things you love! Like LIFE!

I am loving the variety of salads in Greece! Summer salads are an amazing way of using your creativity to add any of your favourite fruits, nuts, vegetables and oils etc.
This was a 'Popeye salad' which had macadamia & pistachio nuts, goji berries & broccoli.
The views from this part of the Island are simply breathtaking. We are in Fira and walking the 10k hike to the north of the island to Oia to watch the world famous sunset
It's not normal that I post a non fitness related post, but is anyone really gonna complain when they see kittens like this?
Cuteness level 1 million. They're just too much for me!
Anyway, in all seriousness the place we are staying at in Santorini is also a cat rescue centre (coincidence for cat lovers or what!?) and these 3 week old kittens were found in a trash bin. Their brothers & sisters didn't survive. This is a big problem in Greece and @sterilasantorinicats is doing such a great job looking after & re homing hundreds of cats.
