Even when I’m on a trip I make time to hit the gym, maybe not every day but I’m here now and that’s what matters. I’m writing this while I’m on the stationary bike warming up ♀️ bringing my @1stphorm supplements with me is a great reminder of my goals and it really forces me to stay on track while I travel (which is super challenging!)
I usually bring my Level-1 protein, Megawatt and a water bottle or shaker. It’s SOOO important to stay hydrated while on the go! It will help you to look fresh and prevent you from getting sick.
