I am such a ๐Ÿฟ๏ธof habit! I make a few ๐Ÿฅ— and ๐Ÿ› all the time ๐Ÿ™ˆ.......but simply remembering to refocus on variety in type and preparation is so important to the health of your gut microbiota.....did you know most humans only eat 12 different ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿ… (Fruits and Vegetables)?! Yikes!
Anyways, I am making an effort to bring back raw asparagus (which is super high in the resistant starch that feeds good gut bacteria) this week with a ๐ŸŸ Nicoise.
Wishing I was on a lounger ordering it on the beach in Barcelona instead.....but whatever. #tbt

#bewellsmoothieยฎ๏ธ is the perfect breakfast for those who ๐Ÿšซ like to cook and great post gym (with extra protein + ๐ŸŒ) for my guys who want to bulk ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป Our goal: keeping these guys from craving their ๐ŸŸfast food lunch by shutting down hunger hormones with breakfast, increasing greens in their diet....little by little (magnesium for athletes โœ…) and help them with lean gains by adding a bulky post workout shake that still has an ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป mix of macros.

๐Ÿ’‰๐ŸŠare hereโ€ผ๏ธ These beauty bombs are loaded with the typical polyphenol, carotenoids and vitamin C of regular ๐ŸŠbut also contain the potent anthocyanins of ๐Ÿ“ - these antioxidants give them their red color, combat free radicals and control inflammation. (It's basically an ๐ŸŠโž•๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿป) Make the swap while they are in season peeps....it doesn't last long and I just saw them at my @wholefoods. Here's what I do know:
