Mercury toxicity is serious. If you get tested it's important to make sure your results aren't based on a "provoked" testing method (aka: if you are chelated first your results will be artificially high and you might not really have an issue)

I can remember when Candace and Charles were telling me about @pizzana_la months ago, they wanted to make sure there was something for everyone.... and they did it, the ๐Ÿฅ— ๐Ÿฅ— were so substantial, rich in color and full nutrients.....and when at an Italian restaurant can you add chicken or salmon? (Plus killer #glutenfree ๐Ÿ•!!)

My mom is the cutest! She still makes everyone an Easter ๐Ÿฃ basket.....I am in my 3๏ธโƒฃ0๏ธโƒฃs.......she really doesn't need to do it anymore but she doesn't have grandkids yet so I think she really can't help it ๐Ÿ˜‚ (๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿปcoming soon Mom.....promise!) โ€ข

Anyways.....a couple years ago I decided to steer the ๐Ÿšข in the right direction and explained that I didn't want her spending ๐Ÿ’ฐ on jelly beans and peeps if I was going to end up giving them away. Instead of telling her not to do what she ๐Ÿ’•...... I shared a few brands with her. Now, my basket includes a few things I would actually buy myself like beauty products from @honest_beauty, @eminenceorganics or @acureorganics or dark ๐Ÿซ from @theochocolate and @eatingevolved.

The reality is no needs to have their feelings hurt, it's all about giving LOVE and communication is ๐Ÿ”‘ ....so whether it's your Easter basket or elevating family traditions with more vegetables or healthy options ....sharing is caring and you should always feel safe to be healthy with family. โž•โž• it feels really good knowing everyone in the fam is eating the good stuff tooโ€ผ๏ธ .......just going to go drink my ๐ŸŒฑgreens ๐ŸŒฟ so I can bust into my Easter ๐Ÿฃ basket full of @eatingevolved ๐Ÿฅœcups and @theochocolate sea salt + almond ๐Ÿซ

Labels suck. Don't label me. Labels create expectation they ๐Ÿ“ฆ you in. I am not ๐Ÿ’ฏpaleo, vegetarian, dairy free or keto. Labels make me want to break them. (food anxiety ๐Ÿ˜ณ waiting to happen, am I right?) I just love good food, healthy cell building food, I don't like feeling bloated and satisfaction is ๐Ÿ”‘. For me, that means some mix of the #bwbkfab4 (protein, fat, fiber and greens) but that doesn't mean I don't eat/pick vegan/vegetarian restaurants......I just want a few things:

1๏ธโƒฃ highlight the vegetables๐Ÿฅ• 2๏ธโƒฃ don't create a "meat" out of grains, beans, seeds and nuts๐Ÿฅœ and expect me not to look pregnant ๐Ÿคฐ๐Ÿปwhen I leave ๐Ÿ˜‚ 3๏ธโƒฃdon't fry ๐Ÿฅ” in bad oils or load it with sugar and tell me it's "healthy" because it's vegan.....it's about the macronutrient and subsequent hormone cascade (plus if I want ๐ŸŸ I am just gonna have em') 4๏ธโƒฃ give me all the flavor via ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ spices and ๐ŸŒฟ herbs and have the options that let your produce and quality speak for itself.
It's about the vegetables after all.....and honestly, I just want the vegetables to be vegetables....maybe I need more fat to stay full when I go vegetarian but when it's good....it's REAL (pun fun) good!
Last night at @nixny...... it was all of those things with so many great options....the avocado curry dip with veggies, the roasted carrots and kale salad ๐Ÿฅ— and brussels slaw, it was amazing and here was no surprise they have a โญ๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ท: @thewellnecessities
