Finely Chopped Kale
Toasted Walnuts (raw walnuts toasted at 350 for 10 minutes)
Pomegranate Seeds
Roasted persimmons (cover persimmons with 1 tbsp avocado oil and shake on 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp cayenne, roast 350 degrees for 30 minutes flip half way through)
Dressing:
ΒΌ cup EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
ΒΌ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbsp Honey
ΒΌ tsp Sea Salt
ΒΌ tsp Pepper

When you don’t have ⏰ to blend a smoothie....#mealprep my omelette egg πŸ₯š cups on a Sunday and take 2 muffins on the go with you! β€’ Preheat oven to 350
β€’ SautΓ© 2-3 cups of your favorite veggies; onion, peppers, kale, tomatoes in 1 tbsp ghee of medium heat until tender. β€’ In a large bowl, whisk a dozen eggs together. β€’ Grease a muffin tin with ghee or coconut oil. β€’ πŸ₯„ in a 2 tbsp of veggies in each opening, pour eggs on top filling the muffin compartment 3/4 of the way to the top.
Optional; πŸ₯“ & πŸ§€ β€’ sprinkle with crispy pastured bacon πŸ₯“ β€’ bake for 15 minutes, pull out sprinkle with grass feed @organicvalley cheddar cheese πŸ§€

Super easy supper tonight!
SautΓ©ed onion and garlic, added ground turkey and when it was done added two tbsp tahini and 4 shakes of coconut aminos and a bunch of chopped kale... stirred until it was all incorporated and wilted. Added the everything bagel seasoning s&p and topped it with avocado πŸ₯‘- check stories for the real deal!

1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp walnut or almond butter
1 cup chopped carrots
1.5-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
