With this cold weather I have been whipping up my warm (Fo’meal) seeded pudding like it’s nobody’s business.
I made a video for it a few weeks back on IG (look for purple and black fry pan!) and the recipe is on my website.
In a frypan, whisk 1 serving of vanilla collagen protein + 1 cup unsweetened almond milk until there are no lumps. On medium high heat, add 2 tbsp chia, 1 tbsp flax meal and 1-2 tbsp hemp hearts. Using a silicone spatula stir until thick. If the chia seeds are still crunchy add a little more almond milk and keep stirring until the consistency is a soft pudding. Drizzle warm nut butter on top and add a few berries (vegan if you swap for a pea protien) or top with grass fed butter and cinnamon (keto)

If you need a : just peel and add the whole lime wedges, the roughage (fiber) in lime is helpful in easing constipation. It’s a GREAT source of vitamin C and minerals like calcium, iron, potassium, copper, magnesium, and phosphorous. P: Vanilla collagen protien
F: MCT OIL
G: spinach and mint
F: squeeze of lime or half of peeled fruit.
Blend with unsweetened nut milk or water!

Perfect Hard Boiled
1. Cover eggs with cold in a pot uncovered.
2. Bring to a boil, turn off cover with a lid.
3. Set the for 13 minutes and wait.
4. Drain water and cover eggs in ice water and wait for 10 more minutes. Egg Buying Tip:
Buy pasture raised omega 3 rich organic eggs. These are eggs laid by chickens that live outside freely and eat bugs and flax seeds. Chickens convert short chain omega 3 from flax into the bioavailable long chain omega 3 we need to fight inflammation.

Oh and if you are curious my favorite wine is organic and biodynamic. It doesn’t need to be super expensive but I prefer my wine without added sulfates (although there will be naturally occurring sulfates) or “mega purple” a grape fructose concentrate now added to most commercial wines. Yep, you heard that right......just more hidden sugar ♀️ A few of my favorites are @bonterra@freywine or @dryfarmwines .... if you need a little something something tonight.
The blueberry muffin #fab4smoothie is the perfect way to get your feet wet with the Fab Four. Blueberries are a low glycemic and high in antioxidants.
Once you are comfortable with a morning smoothie sneak in a small handful of spinach to get your greens in!

Chicken salad lettuce cups for lunch.
Mix cubed chicken with primal mayo, a few shakes of Hungarian paprika, squeeze of lemon juice, red onion, parsley, s&p. Fill romaine leaves and top with sliced tomatoes. The end.
