Acacia fiber 1 tbsp
MCT 2 tbsp
Handful (or 3) of super greens
Small handful of broccoli sprouts (sulphoraphane people!) 1/4 cup pineapple ๐Ÿ (it cuts through those ๐Ÿƒand you can really go for it!)

A sweet twist on today's ๐Ÿ‹ ๐Ÿ’ฆ sugar free chia lemonade yay! ๐ŸŽ‰

Mix 2 cups of warm water with 1/2 cup chia stir for 30 seconds to combine, chia will turn into a gelatinous mixture in your pitcher. Top with 6 cups of ice cold water. Add juice of 4 lemons ๐Ÿ‹ and Stevia drops to taste. Pomegranate seeds optional.
Cayenne optional if you want a hit of ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ค
