It's easy, put 4 ingredients (protein, fat, fiber and greens) in your blender first and then add fruit not the other way around. Eat to turn off hunger hormones.....and you will stop fighting not to eat. Time to ditch the food drama!

1 serving of Vanilla Protein
1 tbsp MCT oil
2 tbsp acacia fiber (deets below ) Handful of spinach

When a delivery of butter lettuce from @iloveorganicgirl and ground chicken in your fridge inspires a build your own lettuce cup lunch bar...... Did you know 1 tbsp of soy sauce is 36% of your RDI for sodium? (Almost 900 mg) Yep, that is a lot. Swapping to low sodium Tamari or even better coconut aminos drops your intake to under 5% RDI and only 90mg!
Here is my take on PF Changs lettuce cups so you don't have to miss out on the fun..... 3 garlic cloves mined
2 tbsp minced ginger
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp algae or avocado oil
1. Sweat all of the above on medium low heat until onions are translucent.
1 pound of ground pasture raised chicken
2. Add ground chicken and cook until crumbled. Feel free to drain off some oil.
3. Add the following and mix until incorporated and veggies soften.
3 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp Sriracha (optional to serve on the side)
Chopped water chestnuts

Salmon: olive oil, pinch of salt, lemon slices. 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

......and then the set.... on a day I will never forget.... in the city that published my ..... on a day in June! I could laugh, cry, scream, call my hubby, sisters and parents (already did that) dance , jump for joy, sigh a big breath of relief, fill with excitement for the people I might help or just sit in silence and try to grasp the gravity of today.....today, was a BIG day.
