When you don’t have to blend a smoothie....#mealprep my omelette egg cups on a Sunday and take 2 muffins on the go with you! • Preheat oven to 350
• Sauté 2-3 cups of your favorite veggies; onion, peppers, kale, tomatoes in 1 tbsp ghee of medium heat until tender. • In a large bowl, whisk a dozen eggs together. • Grease a muffin tin with ghee or coconut oil. • in a 2 tbsp of veggies in each opening, pour eggs on top filling the muffin compartment 3/4 of the way to the top.

Sautéed onion and garlic, added ground turkey and when it was done added two tbsp tahini and 4 shakes of coconut aminos and a bunch of chopped kale... stirred until it was all incorporated and wilted.
